Corporate & Community Partnerships Manager - Send It Foundation
About Send It
The Send It Foundation inspires positivity, courage, and connection for young adults facing cancer through the power of outdoor adventure and community. Each year, we host multi-day adventure programs including skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, and mindfulness retreats. These experiences are designed to create space for connection, healing, and a renewed sense of self.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a relationship-driven professional to lead and expand our Corporate and Community Partnerships, with a strong focus on event sponsorship, partner activation, and community-based fundraising. Send It is in an exciting stage of growth and this role will directly shape how we scale our partnerships and impact.
Position Overview

- Support community-based fundraising efforts, including peer-to-peer campaigns and local activations.
- Represent Send It in community and partner-facing environments (i.e. Truckee Thursdays)
Recognition & Stewardship
- Manage partner recognition across events, digital channels, and printed materials.
- Maintain strong communication and stewardship to support retention and long-term growth.
Grant & Institutional Support
- Identify and pursue select corporate and community grant opportunities aligned with partnership strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or event-based fundraising.
- Strong relationship-building and external communication skills.
- Experience activating sponsors through events or campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills that are clear, compelling, and adaptable to different funder audiences.
- Organized and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Bloomerang, Asana, or similar) preferred.
- Background in outdoor, wellness, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- Strong alignment with Send It’s culture and values. We’re a small, tight-knit team, and how you show up matters. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, humility, and a genuine connection to our mission and community
What Success in This Role Requires

They should be confident representing Send It in a positive, authentic, and professional manner across partner meetings, community events, and public-facing opportunities.
