Robert McClintock is co-owner of the firm and the director of audit and accounting services for McClintock Accountancy Corporation. He spends most of his professional time on auditing, accounting and consulting engagements. He regularly assists association clients with the development of operating budgets and reserve studies and has consulted on the financial implications of the California civil code applicable to common interest developments. Mr. McClintock regularly addresses association Boards of Directors on financial statement reporting, income tax reporting and budget reporting.
